This is an established area with people living all year round and there is everything you could ever need from within walking distance such as shops, doctor, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and supermarket. The cosy shopping Center and many cosy restaurants and shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is good bus service to both the Center of Torrevieja and to La Mata. It is a pleasant walk along the promenade in Torrevieja. This is a great area for both holiday tourists and residents.
