An osmosis water filter system has been installed so that the water can be drunk from the tap. There are 6-meter internal electric blinds in the living room for privacy and sun protection. Outside the living room there is a 6meter x 3.3meter swimming pool with waterfall, outdoor shower and 2 sun loungers plus 4 reclining chairs. On the roof terrace is a comfortable sofa seating plus a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge / freezer making this a great seating area for relaxing in the evening. The home is rented fully furnished. TV has Chromecast, Internet (Fiber) is installed.
All the furniture inside and out was installed new in the spring of 2019.

There are good sun conditions both by the pool and on the roof terrace, but it is also possible to seek shade from both places if you wish.
The home is located in a quiet residential area and we must pay attention to our neighbours. It should be quiet after 23:00hrs and the house is therefore not suitable for those who want to have loud parties, therefore the villa is suitable for renting to quiet adults / families with children.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside

If you have a Private Car or Rental Car you Must Park on the Main street located just outside the complex . the street is located only 30 meters from the villa entrance

The villa located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in Pueblo Bravo on the Costa Blanca coast. just north of Torrevieja and within walking distance of Ciudad Quesada. The area is surrounded by lemon and orange trees.
the nearest supermarket is 4 minutes walk. There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the villa (from 5-15 min). By car it takes 7-8 minutes to reach the superb beaches of Guardamar , The beaches are considered to be the cleanest and finest in the Alicante area. There are also two water parks in the area. The nearest is Aquapark Ciudad Quesada (3 km). The other is located in Torrevieja town. (Aquapolis) There are several golf courses in the area and the nearest is La Marcuesa golf (3 km). If you like shopping, you have several large malls not far away. By car it takes 22 minutes to Zenia Boulavard and 13 mins to Habaneras.
We recommend a rental car, but you can also have a great holiday in the local area without a car. You can rent bikes in the center of Quesada .There are many bike paths / roads in the area and you can cycle around the blue salt lake Lagunas de La Mata and through the beautiful Laguna de La Mata nature reservoir. There are local markets several days a week. The nearest is Lemon tree market 5 mins by car
